We will talk about the remaining machine family.

Compute-Optimized machine family used for high-intensive workloads and high web-traffic applications, These machine families can be used for scientific research purposes, Scientists need high-performance computing(HPC) which is used to perform data processing and perform complex solutions.

Also, a better example would be for gaming we need high computing processors to play efficiently since we don't want lagging.

Memory-optimized from the name itself we can understand, Servers which need or can handle memory-intensive workloads like real-time data analyses suppose you have an e-commerce site where people looking at your products or adding items in a cart or purchasing items, which needs real-time monitoring and also performing database queries on it.

Imagine you will be having millions of data which are pouring into your database which need proper analysis in a chart format before that we need to know who purchased what from which region, time, date and some other related processes, For that purpose, we can go for a memory-optimized machine family.

Your website's performance and sales can be improved by using real-time data analytics in real-time.

Memory-optimized machine series are:-

Note:- Since it's for a memory-intensive workload the space would start with TB's.

GPU (Graphical User Interface) in simple terms accelerates the workloads of our servers like Machine learning for example, Alexa or Siri, Mostly Gaming purpose also we can use it since it needs high Graphics and smoothness to play certain games like Call of Duty which is my personal favourite.

Now in this also you will get Accelerator-optimized this is a part of GPU which help The accelerator for specialized hardware component used to speed up certain types of computations.

But you get this accelerator series only in these two GPU's:-

One more interesting feature they have especially for 3D modelling and for virtualized Environments. For that, you just have to enable Virtual Workstation.

Note:- You won't get this enable the feature, not for all the GPU types.
